1. Nước sốt thịt cà chua

Nguyên Liệu

(Cho 10 Người):

  • 120g Thịt nạc heo
  • 200g Cà chua
  • 100g Thơm
  • 4 Nhánh Hành lá
  • 2 Tép Tỏi
  • 3 Củ Hành tím
  • 2 Muỗng Canh Tương cà
  • 2 Muỗng Canh Tương ớt
  • 2 Muỗng Canh Tương nước tương
  • 2 Muỗng Canh Sốt mayonnaise
  • 1 Muỗng Canh Dầu hào
  • 3 Muỗng Canh Dầu ăn
  • 1 Muỗng Cà Phê Hạt điều đỏ
  • Gia Vị Thông Dụng (Hạt nêm, Đường, Muối, Tiêu xay)

Các bước thực hiện:

Bước 1: Sơ Chế Nguyên Liệu

  • Rửa sạch thịt nạc heo và thái nhỏ.
  • Cắt cà chua thành miếng nhỏ, loại bỏ hạt.
  • Chuẩn bị thơm, hành lá, tỏi, và hành tím.

Bước 2: Xay Các Nguyên Liệu

  • Xay nhuyễn thịt heo và cà chua.
  • Xay nhuyễn tỏi, hành tím, và thơm.

Bước 3: Làm Nước Sốt

  • Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, thêm hạt điều đỏ và đun chảy.
  • Phi tỏi và hành tím cho thơm, sau đó thêm hỗn hợp thịt heo và cà chua vào, xào nhanh để thịt săn lại.
  • Nêm gia vị với tương cà, tương ớt, tương nước tương, sốt mayonnaise, dầu hào, hạt nêm, đường, muối, tiêu xay.
  • Hâm nóng cho đến khi sốt sôi và sệt lại.
  • Thêm thơm đã xay, khuấy đều và nấu thêm một thời gian.

Hoàn Thành

  • Thêm hành lá và tiêu xay vào, sau đó tắt bếp.
  • Nước sốt thịt cà chua sẵn sàng để thưởng thức.

2. Nước sốt xá xíu

Nguyên Liệu

(Cho 10 Người):

  • 200g Thịt heo
  • 70g Nước sốt xá xíu (1 bịch)
  • 5 Tép Tỏi
  • 10 Củ Hành tím
  • 3 Muỗng Canh Dầu điều
  • 3 Muỗng Canh Tương cà
  • 2 Muỗng Canh Tương ớt
  • 1 Muỗng Canh Nước tương
  • 1 Muỗng Canh Dầu hào
  • 2 Muỗng Canh Sốt mayonnaise
  • 2 Muỗng Canh Bột bắp
  • Hành Lá và Ngò Rí
  • Gia Vị Thông Dụng (Đường, Bột ngọt, Hạt nêm, Tiêu xay)

Các bước thực hiện:

Bước 1: Sơ Chế Nguyên Liệu

  • Rửa sạch thịt heo và cắt nhỏ.
  • Bóc vỏ tỏi và hành tím, sau đó băm nhuyễn.
  • Chuẩn bị hành lá và ngò rí.

Bước 2: Xào Thịt

  • Đun nóng dầu điều trong chảo, thêm tỏi và hành tím để phi thơm.
  • Thêm thịt heo vào chảo, xào cho thịt tơi ra.

Bước 3: Làm Nước Sốt

  • Thêm nước lọc vào chảo, đun sôi.
  • Đưa nước sốt xá xíu vào, giảm lửa và nấu khoảng 2 – 3 phút.
  • Nêm gia vị với tương cà, tương ớt, nước tương, dầu hào, sốt mayonnaise, bột bắp, đường, bột ngọt, hạt nêm, tiêu xay.

Bước 4: Hoàn Thành

  • Hòa tan bột bắp với nước lọc, thêm vào nước sốt để tạo độ sánh mịn.
  • Thêm tiêu, hành lá, ngò rí vào và tắt bếp.
  • Cuối cùng, thêm sốt mayonnaise và khuấy đều.

Hoàn Thành

  • Nước sốt xá xíu sẵn sàng để thưởng thức, tạo điểm nhấn cho các món xôi mặn hoặc bánh mì.
