1. Chuối Xanh Ngào Đường

Nguyên Liệu:

  • 8 trái chuối sứ xanh
  • 1 muỗng canh muối
  • 1/2 trái chanh
  • 100g đường
  • 2 nhánh lá dứa
  • 100ml dầu ăn

Cách Chế Biến:

  1. Sơ Chế Chuối:
    • Gọt vỏ chuối và ngâm vào thau nước có 1/2 trái chanh và 1 muỗng canh muối trong 10 phút.
    • Vớt chuối ra, lau khô, và bào thành miếng mỏng.
  2. Chiên Chuối:
    • Đun nóng 100ml dầu ăn.
    • Chiên chuối và lá dứa cắt ngắn cho đến khi vàng giòn.
    • Vớt ra để ráo dầu.
  3. Làm Áo Đường Cho Chuối:
    • Cho 100g đường và 70ml nước vào chảo, nấu sôi với lửa nhỏ khoảng 3 phút cho đường tan ra.
    • Cho chuối vào, đảo nhẹ để đường kết tinh quanh chuối.
    • Đợi chuối khô ráo và tắt bếp.

Thành Phẩm:

Chuối xanh ngào đường sẽ có màu vàng tươi, vị ngọt, giòn tan. Thưởng thức khi còn nóng để cảm nhận hương vị tuyệt vời nhất.

2. Chuối Xanh Ngào Đường Kiểu Thái

Nguyên Liệu:

  • 600g chuối xiêm xanh
  • 120g đường
  • 4 nhánh hành lá
  • 1 muỗng canh muối
  • 500ml dầu ăn
  • 100ml nước cốt chanh

Cách Chế Biến:

  1. Sơ Chế Nguyên Liệu:
    • Pha 1 muỗng canh muối vào thau nước, khuấy đều để muối tan.
    • Ngâm chuối vào thau nước có muối khoảng 15-20 phút.
    • Bóc vỏ chuối và cắt thành 4 phần theo chiều dọc.
    • Rửa sạch chuối và để ráo.
  2. Chiên Chuối:
    • Đun nóng 500ml dầu ăn.
    • Chiên chuối với lửa lớn cho đến khi chuối hơi cứng lại.
    • Vớt chuối ra để ráo nước.
  3. Ngào Đường:
    • Cho vào chảo 120g đường và 50ml nước, đun với lửa nhỏ và khuấy đều để đường tan.
    • Khi hỗn hợp đường nổi bong bóng, cho chuối vào, thêm hành lá, đảo đều.
    • Đun trên lửa vừa cho đến khi đường khô lại và bám quanh chuối.

Thành Phẩm:

Chuối xanh ngào đường kiểu Thái có màu vàng óng, đường mịn kết hợp với hương thơm của hành lá. Một món ăn vặt thơm ngon và độc đáo.
