Cách làm cơm rang hải sản giòn ngon như ngoài hàng

Nguyên liệu:

  • 1 bát cơm nguội (500 gram).
  • 2 quả trứng gà.
  • 200 gram tôm tươi.
  • 200 gram mực ống tươi.
  • 100 gram xúc xích hoặc chả lụa.
  • 1 củ cà rốt.
  • Hành lá, hành tím, tỏi.
  • Dầu ăn, hạt nêm, muối bột ngọt, nước mắm, tiêu, đường.

Các bước thực hiện:

1. Sơ Chế Hải Sản:

  • Đầu tiên, rửa sạch tôm và hấp chín, sau đó lột bỏ vỏ và đầu, cắt thành hạt lựu.
  • Tiếp đến, rửa sạch mực, hấp chín rồi thái lát mỏng.
  • Sau đó ướp hải sản với bột ngọt, hạt nêm, đảo đều và để ngấm gia vị trong 5 phút.

2. Sơ Chế Rau Củ:

  • Cà rốt nạo bỏ vỏ, rửa sạch, rồi đem cắt hạt lựu.
  • Hành lá thì rửa sạch rồi thái nhỏ.
  • Hành tím và tỏi đem đi lột vỏ, rửa sạch, băm nhỏ.
  • Kế đến, đập trứng vào bát và đánh bông.
  • Cơm nguội bạn nêm chút bột ngọt, hạt nêm, đường và trộn đều.

3. Xào Hải Sản và Rau Củ:

  • Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, rồi phi cho thơm hành tím và tỏi.
  • Thêm cà rốt, tôm, mực, xúc xích vào xào cùng một ít nước mắm. Khi hải sản và rau củ chín, cho ra bát riêng.

4. Rang Cơm Hải Sản:

  • Thêm một chút dầu ăn vào chảo, đun nóng rồi cho cơm vào rang.
  • Khi cơm săn lại, thêm trứng đã đánh bông vào rang cùng, đảo đều tay.
  • Rang cơm đến khi hạt cơm khô, trứng quyện đều, thêm hải sản và rau củ đã xào vào rang thêm 2 phút. Nêm nếm lại cho vừa ăn.
  • Cuối cùng thêm hành lá, chút tiêu vào đảo đều rồi tắt bếp.

Hoàn Thành:
